A) THEORY: Similar to seismic activity and/or underground nuclear charges sending friction energy through the earth and energizing preexisting storm systems within tropical ocean regions (see: storm intensification); displaced energy from impacting bombs travels through the earth and "wells up" underneath existing storm systems; energizing them and causing an upgraded hurricane status.
